Sometimes you don’t need a course or a big commitment.
You need space.
To talk things through.
To make sense of what’s happening in your family.
To feel steadier again.
One to one coaching is for parents who want support that’s personal, focused, and grounded in real life.
Support that meets you where you are
When one to one support can help
Parents often choose one to one coaching when:
-
things feel intense or unpredictable at home
-
a specific situation needs attention now
-
they notice themselves reacting in ways they don’t like
-
they want clarity without committing to a longer programme
-
they already understand a lot, but feel stuck applying it
-
they need space to be heard and supported
You don’t need to be in crisis to book a session. And you don’t need a perfect starting point.
What parents often notice
After one to one sessions, parents often describe:
-
feeling calmer and clearer
-
responding with more confidence
-
understanding their child’s behaviour differently
-
feeling less alone with what they’re carrying
-
trusting themselves more as a parent
For some, one session creates enough clarity. For others, a short block of sessions helps build momentum over time.
How these sessions work
Each session is shaped around what you and your family need most in that moment.
We might:
-
talk through a recent situation and what made it escalate
-
explore what’s happening beneath behaviour
-
look at nervous system responses, yours and your child’s
-
think together about boundaries and communication
-
identify small shifts that can make everyday life feel more manageable
There are no scripts to memorise and no pressure to get it right. This work is about understanding, not performance.
