Working with schools and organisations

When I work with schools and organisations, I don’t arrive with a one-size-fits-all training package. I start by listening.

No one wants to sit through a workshop full of advice they’ve already tried. My first job is to understand your context; what you’ve attempted, where the frustrations are, and where my support could genuinely make a difference.

The areas I explore are wide-ranging. From understanding the child in front of you, to resourcing the adults who are holding it all. My field of expertise is creating the conditions for emotional safety – for children, staff, and families.

Schools and teams often come to me for support with:

  • Understanding what’s really driving challenging behaviour

  • Communicating with parents or colleagues who feel difficult to reach

  • Spotting burnout early, before it takes you or your team down

  • Supporting neurodivergent children in ways that work with their wiring, not against it

  • Holding difficult conversations with more confidence and clarity

  • Engaging families who may have felt let down by systems in the past

I can deliver workshops, offer 1:1 consultation, or design something tailored to your setting and your team. If you’d like to explore how we might work together, please use the contact form above to get in touch.
